The delivery time after payment is confirmed will depend on the complexity of the commission, availability and the waiting list. As an estimate, it may take 3-5 business days minimum. This may change due to external factors, workload, health issues, factor to consider.
For any commission, there will be a limit of 3 changes to the initial sketch and 3 color/detail changes that do not significantly alter the agreed sketch. I recommend you have a clear vision of what you want.
